What the estimates mean
Each estimate follows a recorded completion and a calculated cooldown. An inferred completion is timestamped when the collector observed an Advantage change; that may differ from the actual event time. Manual reports are user reports. Neither method confirms that a battlefield has spawned.
The collector's observations and map context have separate freshness indicators. A stale source cannot establish that nothing is active. The 45-minute kill areas in the completion log are placeholders; no kill feed is connected.

At 95% Advantage or above, the current detection method may miss a completion. These are system Advantage readings, not proof of an active battlefield.
